This "Kvartira 44" is located in the heart of the ancient Zamoskvorechye district, 5 minutes walk from the Polyanka metro station. There are two halls and a summer terrace in a quiet closed courtyard. In the first room, the company can easily accommodate up to 40 people (fourchette — 50), there is a small stage and all necessary equipment for the concert. The hall on the second floor for smaller companies (20 people banquet and 40 buffet), there is a piano for chamber performances.

You will feel like at home in our cozy interiors of an old Moscow apartment with delicious food, excellent wine -and no need to worry about anything.
